Returns
We comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), which grants you a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases. The following details the procedure for returns, cancellations, and claims.
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 60 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

Return of Products (Change of Mind)
We hope you are happy with the products you order from us. If for any reason you change your mind and wish to return a product for a refund, please send the unopened product with the seal intact and a note of your name and order number to the return address provided below.
You must notify us of your withdrawl within 60 days of the recipt of the goods. After notifying us you must send the good back without undue delay and not later than 14 days thereafter. Please note, return shipping costs are covered by you, the customer. Once a returned product is received, you will be refunded the full product price.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To cancel, log in to your account and select the relevant order, or contact us at contact@vytalise.eu as soon as possible.
Once an order has been fulfilled, cancellations are not possible, but customers may initiate a return after delivery though the contact form on the website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We put care into every order, but in the unfortunate event that your items are missing or arrive damaged, please let us know right away. To help us resolve the issue swiftly, please send details to contact@vytalise.eu within 28 days of the order date. Be sure to include:
- Your name and order number.
- Details of the issue.
- Photographs clearly showing any damage.
Exceptions
Please note that certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law, including sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery. If applicable, this will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
