Returns

We comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), which grants you a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases. The following details the procedure for returns and claims.

Return of Products (Change of Mind)

We hope you are happy with the products you order from us. If for any reason you change your mind and wish to return a product for a refund, please send the unopened product with the seal intact and a note of your name and order number to the return address provided below.

Returns must be received within 60 days of the order date and must be in a resalable condition to be eligible for a refund. Once a returned product is received, you will be refunded the full product price. Any postage costs will not be refunded.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If items arrive missing or damaged, please send a detailed description of the problem, including photos of the damage, along with your name and order number to contact@vytalise.eu

Order Cancellations

Once an order has processed, cancellations are not possible, but customers may initiate a return after delivery though the contact form on the website.
