Direction of Use

Doctor's Best recommends dissolving one (1) scoop of collagen powder in a small amount of water or juice. Add an additional 6 to 8 ounces (approximately 180 to 240 ml) of liquid, mix well and take on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before a meal - or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
