Take 1-3 sachets daily before meals and drink plenty of water throughout the day. Mix content of one sachet with 100ml of cold water. Give it a stir and enjoy. Follow with a glass of water and drink plenty throughout the day. For weight loss the recommended daily dose is 3 x 1 sachets per day, taken 20 minutes before each main meal. For increased fibre intake and digestive support, we recommend one sachet per day, preferably in the morning, depending on your requirements.
